Together with Haircut Express I have created a small network of hairdressers in Poland (Warsaw).
I earn good money. What is more, I also work as a director of a big company. Thanks to the Haircut Express business model, I am able to combine two job activities and generate income from several sources.
I started to cooperate with Haircut Express in 2014. During this time the brand has changed and developed (style, design, management model). The marketing strategy also has been changed. We realize different promotions campaign, which brings good results.We also began to organize meetings with the franchisor and other franchisees to discuss new ideas and to resolve ongoing issues. I am sure that this synergy gives us a lot opportunity to grow. Now I have 4 salons, and a fifth will be opened soon.
I have adapted the business model of Haircut Express to the German market in cooperation with franchisor.
I am preparing for the opening of the first salon in Cologne. Our plans include building a large hair&beauty salon network in Germany. I am sure we will succeed.
