  Great place! I really appreciate their approach: "No need to book, just show up, wait in line, and sit in the chair" – it really makes life easier. Two weeks ago, I came here with three children (a girl and two boys). There were three women on shift, so each child had a different hairdresser. All three left very happy, and the haircuts were done perfectly! Today, however, I came in alone for a very short haircut. Unfortunately, I don't remember the name of the woman who served me, but I have to say: it's the best haircut I've ever had! She even suggested washing my hair to make sure there were no stray hairs anywhere. Complete professionalism! I was served quickly, very thoroughly, and in a very pleasant atmosphere. I definitely recommend Haircut Express on Berensona Street to everyone. We will definitely be back!

  This is my second time using this salon, and as for the haircut itself, I'm very satisfied. The hairdressers are friendly, thorough, patient, and clearly know their craft. The service was performed very well, precisely, and professionally. However, I'd like to describe a situation I witnessed today, as it was extremely uncomfortable for both the clients and, above all, the hairdressers working there. A woman came into the salon with children, who were likely later cared for by their grandmother. For an extended period, the children screamed, squealed, ran, fought, and threw toys, including toy cars, even at the workstations and hairdressers serving clients. They climbed into chairs, disturbed others, and completely disrupted the atmosphere of the place. There was virtually no reaction from the caregivers. A hairdressing salon is not a private home or a playground. It's a service place where hairdressers need focus, precision, and safe working conditions, while clients come to have a peaceful haircut, relax, and wait their turn. This behavior by children, without any adult response, is simply a lack of manners and respect for employees and other customers. I highly recommend the patience and composure of the hairdressers, as despite the truly difficult conditions, they maintained complete professionalism and continued to do their job very well. I recommend the salon, but it's worth reminding some customers that when bringing children to a public place, they are still responsible for their behavior. Finally, to this woman and the person who was supposed to be supervising the children, I hope you're reading this: IF YOU ARE BRINGING CHILDREN TO A HAIRSTYLING SALON, YOU NEED TO TAKE CARE OF THEM, NOT PRETEND THE PROBLEM DOESN'T EXIST. THIS IS NOT A PRIVATE MANOR, A PLAYGROUND, OR A WAITING ROOM FOR SETTING UP A SALON.
