      We are sorry that our service has failed your expectations. We will make every effort to ensure that this is only a one-off incident. Please describe the situation in detail (date and approximate time), provide the address of our salon and, if it is possible, the name of the hairdresser. The quality control department will consider your complaint and reply as soon as possible (up to 2 weeks from the resivining date). Thank you for contact us, it is important to us because we want to be the best and we are ready to work on our mistakes.
